Directions:
1. Place the edible bird’s nest on the trays one by one, let them keep a small distance between each other.
2. Setting the temperature at 55 degrees celsius, relative humidity at 5%~10%
3. Drying around 12~15hours (Observe the drying degree of the edible bird’s nest, if necessary )
4. After that place the edible bird’s nest for 3~6 hours
5. Restart the IKE drying machine, drying more 1~2 hours
6. Finished the drying, wait for the temperature cool down, checking the quality and ready for packing
Note :Don’t place the quantity of the bird’s nest to little on the tray, otherwise it will be dried too fast and too crispy.
