3. Put into IKE drying house, make the drying house as a sealed chamber, then start the IKE drying machine. In the first period, let the temperature rise from 45℃-48℃ in 4-6 hours slowly. During this period , shake the trays frequently to make the chinese dates heating evenly. It is better to keep an watch on the temperature and humidity every 0.5 hours.
4. The second period is 8-10 hours. During this period, open the door of the drying house for a few hours ,make the moisture inside the chinese dates come out to the surface of the chinese dates.
5. After the sep 4, keep the temperature of the drying house is not lower than 50℃, when the relative humidity is over 60%, make the drying house ventilated and dehumidification. After 6 hours the chinese dates will be finished drying.
