If you already have a food dehydrator, then you are already on your way to eating healthy snacks and also saving money.
You should do this if you don't have a food dehydrator.
Food Dehydrator is not only a good way to store food, but also a good way to create good dry food that we spend a lot of money on in the store.
I would like to give you 7 items of my favorite dehydration and tell you why you should have one yourself. 1.
Bananas: Whenever you go to the grocery store, think about the cost of dried banana slices.
Now think about the cost of a bundle of bananas.
Their prices are not even close.
I recently went to the store to buy bananas for only 29 cents per pound.
However, bananas also show 1/3.
Just $3 banana fries. 99.
Now I don't know about you, but I think I will buy my own banana and produce my own banana slices for a fraction of the cost. 2.
Strawberries: I like fresh strawberries, but I also like dried strawberries.
Dry strawberries are ideal for watering grain and are stored longer than fresh strawberries.
I'm not sure I 've seen dried strawberries in the store before, but trust me they get sweet when you dry your own strawberries. 3.
Venison: I don't hunt, but I have hunters in my family who hunt every year and bring a deer home.
I always end up with some deer, so I use it for dried meat.
Absolutely delicious, more wild than beef.
So I always eat venison for something more exciting. 4.
Cherry: dry cherries can be used to do anything.
You can eat the best in salads, cereal, biscuits and even bread.
I'm sure there are many other uses for them, but these are some of the things I use them.
If you have ever purchased dry cherries, you know they are not cheap and the cheap ones may not be the best quality.
So I made my own cherry dry with high quality fruit and the result was fantastic. 5.
Apricot: I always like dried apricot, and the smell of dried apricot is natural.
Dried apricots have many uses like cherries.
One of my favorite uses is to decorate with steak to add sweetness to the meat.
Apricots are not expensive, but the pots of dried apricots are also a bit expensive.
You can also try these in a bowl of grape nuts to get healthy and delicious snacks. 6.
Beef: the beef jerky is very good, especially for those of us who eat high protein content.
Using lean meat can help you create a very high-protein, low-fat snack that you can eat every day to increase the protein you need to exercise for a long time.
This is probably one of the most common uses of a food dehydrator, but you can't beat the classic dehydrator.
Beef jerky is also ideal for long trips with family and children. 7.
Apple: I like to eat dry apples.
After drying, add a little cinnamon to the apple slices and you will get a good snack.
They always seem to store well in at least a few weeks.
Apple is crunchy and can increase their use.
My favorite ingredients, decorations or apples.
Hopefully this will help you understand some of the uses of the food dehydrator.
Try it a little and you don't need to work too hard and you will come up with an idea of your own.
Some things are completely dehydrated and some are very dehydrated.
Trial and error will help you find exactly what type of dry food you like.
