Homemade crumbs are easier than you think!
This is a good way to use left
Bread, crust, burger and hot dog rolls, potato rolls, cookies, and even thin little pretzels.
Supplies needed: food dehydrator (
I use Ronco (tm)
There are 7 pallets)
Large Bowl (mixer or food processor)
I use 32 cups of bowls)
2 large gallon sized refrigerator Bags1 requires an atmospheric dense container with sealed bread products: bread, rolls, biscuits, spices needed for pretzels: basil, oregano, parsley, chopped garlic or minced garlic
Preparation: The first thing you need to do is buy two large one gallon zip closure bags or recycle a few bread bags. (
I don't usually recommend it again.
Use bread bags, but they will work well in this case).
In the next few weeks or months, as you have left --
On the rolls of bread and bread, place them in a freezer bag for freezing.
Once you 've saved up two full bags of bread products, you can make homemade crumbs.
Preparation: take out the frozen bread bags from the refrigerator two hours before they are ready to start, so they can be thawed to room temperature.
Set up a food dehydrator.
Place the slices on the food dehydrator tray.
If you are using volumes, separate the top from the bottom and place them on the tray.
If they are too large, they can be torn into smaller pieces.
Put the lid back on the food dehydrator and set the temperature to low. It will take 6-
Keep your bread products completely dry for 8 hours.
* Note * the best time to do this is in the evening and then when you get up in the morning they are made into breadcrumbs. After 6-
You can start making crumbs in 8 hours.
Turn off the food dehydrator and remove the tray.
A blender or food processor can be used next. (
I found the most effective food processing machine).
Divide your bread into small pieces and put it into your food processor.
Cover and use the chop or mix button.
You will want to run a food processor before your bread product is the consistency of premium breadcrumbs.
Turn off the food processor.
Remove the lid and add spices and herbs.
You need to season it "flavor ".
I like about 1 tablespoon of each spice or herb.
Re-open the lid and mix again for 30 seconds.
You will need to store new fresh dry crumbs in an air tight container.
You should store them in a cool, dry and dark place, such as a storage room or a kitchen cabinet.

Without wasting bread products.
I like to use homemade breadcrumbs on Meatloaf, meatballs, fish and chicken.
