Directions:
1. Wash the leek flower, and chop them into pieces.
2. Set the machine as below parameter to dry the leek flower pieces: Drying temperature: 55℃, Drying relative humidity: 5%
3. The leek flower pieces drying will take about 6 Hours for drying.
Generally drying the leek flower, inorder to keep the their green color, you could use the 55℃ at the early stage, This lower temperature could help to keep leek flower’s color.Then at the second stage, after the leek flower’s green color have been fixed, you could use higher temperature 60-62℃ for drying.
