2. Setting the temperature 60 degrees Celsius, relative humidity 5%, after 8-12 hours, the Ugly orange will be finished drying.
Different ugly orange thickness will have different dehydrating time, more thinner, the dehydrating time will be shorter. The dried ugly orange slices will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of ugly orange slices.
